Nick is an independent Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Tax & Estate Practitioner (TEP) in the financial service industry, including a lifetime qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Since 1989, Nick has been helping individuals, families, and employers plan for a secure financial future. He specializes in Retirement Income Planning and assists all those who are serious about growing and protecting their assets by helping them strategically plan their course.

Nick and his wife Marty live in Peterborough. They have a son and a daughter and three grandchildren. In his spare time, he is actively involved with the local YMCA Strong Kids Campaign and enjoys hiking and biking with his wife.

Kevin Vaughan is an Insurance Broker and Wealth Manager with close to 30 years in business.

He helps clients improve cash-flow, manage risk, and protects families and businesses. He is also a Licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2, assisting clients with home purchases, refinancing, debt consolidation, rental properties, and private mortgages.

Having known each other since 1996, Kevin is a perfect fit with Nick and the NDB Firm team. When not spending time with family, Kevin is an active community volunteer and shares Nick's enthusiasm for health and fitness.

Lynda Cunningham has worked on the Commercial Property Casualty side of the Insurance Industry for over 30 years specializing in Acquisitions, Integrations & Conversions and managing Lloyd’s of London Underwriting Contracts. No stranger to NDB Firm, she has been both a colleague and friend of Nick Devere-Bennett since the early 90’s and with their business and family values aligning perfectly it makes her a valued member of this team.

In March of 2023 she transitioned her extensive marketing and customer service skills over to the Life Insurance and Estate Planning side. Lynda is thrilled to be working with this knowledgeable, professional team as their Executive Marketing Assistant.

Lynda has two sons, a daughter, and two teenage grandchildren. She recently moved back to Peterborough and is looking forward to being a part of this community again.
